Well, I do understand "gray", we have the same here in Seattle! It's much more fun to look at gorgeous skies like the ones in your terrific shot! Wonderful pastel colors!

Definitely not gray! Such a pretty, soft sky, but with its own fire.
Such a beautiful sky and clouds with the sun painting the edges with Gold and reds..or is it Orange?

This sky though, warms we with it's sheerful splashes of orange...

Such a delicate yet multi-dimensional sky. The more you look at it the more wonderful it gets.
I once went to an art exhibition where there was a painting of grey. It was huge and uniformly grey . . . the same grey all over . . . grey in the way one would paint a wall or a door (if ever one were to want to paint them grey!) Whatever your grey sky's like today, I bet it's a lot more interesting and a lot more beautiful than that painting.
